Our Staff
Laura Lander, RN
Laura is a Registered Nurse with several years of nursing experience working in the Intensive Care Unit at the University of Washington Medical Center – Northwest campus. She graduated with honors from Everett Community College’s Nursing Program in 2018, and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Washington.
Laura’s passion for aesthetics arises from her own personal journey. She found the use of medical grade skincare, in combination with expertly placed neurotoxin and dermal filler, not only improved her outward appearance but also boosted her confidence and left her glowing. Laura’s mission is to provide this same experience to her clients.
She has attended several training certification courses including InjectionU, Crafted Academy, and the Confidence Bar, which are taught by some of the top injectors in the country. She is extremely grateful and humbled by the opportunity to be part of the team at Remington Plastic Surgery. Laura’s goal is to help renew and enhance her clients’ natural beauty by utilizing safe, customized treatment plans to provide results that leave them feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing with confidence.
Jen
As our office manager, Jen will most likely be the first cheerful voice and smiling face that will welcome you to Remington Plastic Surgery. She is a first class ‘people person’ and brings years of experience in plastic surgery and skin care to our practice. Her knowledge and organizational skills will make you confident that your needs will be handled promptly and completely. Jen is the ‘keeper of the schedule’ and masterfully points us in the right direction. As a fitness competitor and trainer, she understands that we all want to achieve our personal best and achieve success for our specific goals. You’ll agree that Jen’s enthusiasm is contagious!
Kendi
Kendi graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN). She has over twenty six years of experience in OR, ICU, and PACU recovery and is especially skilled in plastic surgery recovery. Kendi is an integral part of our team approach to patient care, responsible for a smooth preop to postop journey. She keeps our ambulatory surgery center up to date with Washington State and Medicare certifying agencies. She has been fortunate to travel to China with Smile China on a cleft lip palate medical mission. Kendi enjoys time in the great Northwest outdoors with her husband, four children, and friends as well as cheering on the Seahawks and Huskies.
Janet
Janet grew up in Woodinville, Washington and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Psychology. After several years working in Dermatology, she found her niche as a scrub tech in Plastic Surgery. With over 20 years of experience, Janet loves connecting with patients and being part of a surgical team that provides first-class care with incredible results. Janet and her husband Mike are empty nesters after raising two amazing sons. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, attending Sounders and Kraken games while supporting the Seattle arts scene. Janet also enjoys working out with Peloton, hiking, singing, and connecting with friends.
Victoria
Victoria is our experienced esthetician at Remington Plastic Surgery. She grew up in Ukraine and is the third generation in her family to work in cosmetology and skin care. After working in Russia for many years in the production/television industry, she moved to New York City and was an esthetician at several well-known spas. In the Pacific Northwest, she continues to use her extensive knowledge of personalized skin care to benefit patients in the community.
